Hello all! I recently relocated from NY to VA and sold my home in NY. Had it for 5 years and made $200,000 profit off a SFH. I am interested in small multi-family (2-4). Want to use the VA loan again as I used it once for my home in NY that I just sold. What is best course of action here also where should I look for these multi-families? Thank you - Eric

Hello I currently live in Northern Virginia. From NYC originally. I travel back and forth between the two a lot. I'm looking into multi-family investing after I just sold my SFH in Staten Island, NY. Made $200,000 profit after 5 years of ownership. Looking to get into multi-family investing using the VA loan. Which areas should I consider? I'm not that handy so I don't want to do a major rehab either. Don't really want to invest in a war zone area either. Any tips/advice? Thanks.
