Post: Groundskeeping/Snow Removal for STRs

I will be a remote STR host and I will need somebody to keep the yard in good shape and shovel the (occasional) snow.
My HUNCH is there must be some kind of Uber/Lyft/AIRBNB-style crowdsourcing platform for these kinds of services. I upload my job and the platform assigns it to a local service provider who completes it, and sends me before-and-after photos of the work. I can keep track of everything on a phone app.
Of course, I could just hire a local person, but I'm interested in a service that has a deep bench so I don't have to return to Maryland to interview/hire replacements.
Am I correct that this service exists? And if so, what are your experiences using something like this?
Post: STR "Techology Stack"

My day job is running a small marketing agency and we use the lingo "technology stack" to describe a client's suite of software tools -- customer databases, timekeeping programs, invoicing programs, email blast tools, etc. etc. etc. It's always a big deal for us how well these tools play together.
As I contemplate converting my home into an STR, I am wondering what combinations of services the seasoned managers among us are using. I can anticipate:
* Property Management Software (Guestly, etc.)
* A smart home suite (locks, thermostat, security cams, etc.)
* Accounting software (quickbooks, etc.)
What else is there? What am I missing?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
Post: 2 BR/2.5 Bath Townhouse for Mid Term Rentals?

Hello everyone, I've been stalking this forum for a while, so helpful! This is my first post.
I am contemplating turning my renovated historic downtown rowhouse into a mid term (30+ days) rental while I am out of the country for a couple of years. It's a nice house located near a hospital, college, and military base. It has two dedicated parking spaces in an area where that is rare. I have some questions about this possibility, and I'd be grateful for your opinions.
* Are there enough mid-term tennants seeking a full house (2 beds, 2.5 baths) all for themselves that I could expect a good occupancy rate at fair market value?
* Is renting out each bedroom separately to mid-term renters a good idea? They would have to share entrances and the kitchen. I ask because most mid-term rentals around here are for single rooms or in-law suite type of situations.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
