Hello, I am wondering if the bank cares whether the rental is long term tenant or airbnb? 

I was talking to a potential agent to help me find an investment purchase in Orlando.  He told me that unlike Miami, in Orlando, real estate agents do not handle rentals, only sales, thus he wouldn't really have a good gauge of accurate rents.  He says the property managers do rentals.  In Miami, agents do all the rentals.  Does anyone know what is typical in Orlando? Thanks
