@Maurice Reed with Wholesale contracts you have until the closing date to sell it but if you can't i believe you can just negotiate with seller with an addendum contract that you length then the closing date or just resign with seller on purchase agreement. Bigger Pockets has deal calculators use them in determining if its a sale or not. Have to put your Due Diligence in to analysis and make sure its a deal.
