@Alex Deacon Ok thanks, turns out my contracts are good. I just need to get my LLC, but for wholesaling its not mandatory but beneficial.

Hi, im new to real estate wholesaling, i just finished Mark Whitten online course. I have the contracts from his course and i just want to know if i can use these contracts in PA. Where can i go to check if theyre good?

I understand how the process works but never done a deal.

Im getting mixed responses about this, Do i need a LLC for wholesaling?
