If you're just starting out, I recommend beginning with Brandon Turner's books I mentioned. Rich Dad Poor Dad is also a classic if you haven't read that one either. Once done with Brandon Turner's books I think Set For Life would be a great next step.
I just picked both of these and I have read RDPD!!! Thanks!!

It depends on what you're specifically looking to improve, but here are some of the best "real estate" or real estate related books I've found helpful:
- The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner
- The Book on Managing Rental Properties by Brandon Turner
- The Book on Investing in Real Estate with Low (and No) Money Down by Brandon Turner
- Set For Life by Scott Trench
- The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop
- The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Jay Papasan and Gary Keller
- Cash Flow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki
- Retire Young Retire Rich by Robert Kiyosaki
- Landlording on Autopilot by Mike Butler
Fantastic!! Thanks for the recs!!! Any starting point you'd recommend?

Seeing a profound slowdown here in Tuscon. Looking for something to help me change things up- but all I'm finding is kind of salesly stuff. I read a lot of Bigger Pockets stuff but it is mostly about Investing? Thanks!

It's tough to determine which areas are going to appreciate- ask someone in 1950 what the long-term prospects of Detroit were- or a Harlem or Williamsburg property investor in 1972...
