Hi BP community! Does anyone know any amazing books that help boost confidence? Or books on personal development? How to overcome public speaking? I've struggled all my life in building up confidence. I have a really hard time getting comfortable. I self doubt myself, and I overthink too much. Help!

one more question. Can the buyer from a "subject to" contract do a "lease Option" to a tenant?

If the "Seller" did a "Subject to contract" for the "Buyer". can the buyer, after closing, refinance with a bank paying off the initial loan from the previous owner? Also, can the "buyer" sell that property?

Mindy Jensen, I will find a way. Time is on my side. I'm not trying to get rich QUICK. I will find a way to save money. I work at a Distribution Center about an hour away from home. I've been listening to podcasts on the way. I don't care if it takes me a year, two years, even 10 years. I will become financially free and I will keep learning.
David Faulkner, I started learning about RE a month ago. I'm now starting to save up. I used to spend spend spend on useless things. But now I've created a budget and I'm trying to save as much as I can.
Jeff B. It isn't a dream path. It's been done before, I don't accept a no for an answer. "you can't do that" oh yes I can :) I don't agree with the "..if one can't make a reasonable down payment.."
Mark Nolan, Thank you! I'm glad I found this website. I've learned so much by listening to the podcasts!
Jared Samsel, Good look man! I'll pm you

Thank you for the advice Victoria! Matt Lowery I will keep in touch with you. I'd really like to know how the market is here in Emporia. Jay Hinrichs I've considered saving up money to get a license, then join a RE company. I think that route would benefit me the most. I have no sales experience and I don't have great communication skills. I'm sure working at a RE company will help me develop those skills. But for now I'll just keep listening to podcasts and learning different ways you can invest into RE.

Hey I'm 20 years old. I'm not going to college. I have no money in my savings. But I really want to get into real estate. I find it very exciting! What is a good way to start investing with no money down? I'm interested in buying duplex's or triplex's. Should I start with a single family home? Is there step by step instructions I need to follow? What problems will I encounter and how do I overcome them? I know i'm asking so many questions, but I'm hungry for knowledge!
