Hello all. I don't get on here as often as I should. However, I am in need of some help/advice. Who is your go to company/broker to refinance out of hard money and into a conventional mortgage in greater Austin area? Also, the quicker the better. Any help is appreciated.

@Ned Carey thank you for the link. It was informative and gave me a deeper sense of what I’m doing is leading me on the right path.

@Jacob Ketchum I’m looking at multi family houses or single family houses because that is what makes sense to me now. I don’t want to stray too far from what I’m familiar with on my first deal.

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone who is willing to help get me started down the path of financial freedom. I have a decent grasp of how this all works but still have questions on getting started. Who out there is willing to help me out or partner up?
