I particularly wholesale but my partner is looking to invest in wherever the numbers make sense. We work with fixer uppers, med-high grade rehabs, rentals pretty much everything. For now I'm looking to connect with as many wholesalers / investors  in the Raleigh and Durham area and just learn and explore more of the  market there.
