I’ve found a house that is vacant and appears to be abandoned. It’s in a decent older neighborhood where houses up and down the street are being renovated nicely. My question is is there a way I can find the contact info to the owner of this property?

Thank you for the info and extension tip. I didn’t think of that. I appreciate it. I’ve lined up a potential great deal and I wanted to go to the table knowing as much as I could about seller finances.

How do you write your contracts? Do you get contracts from the title company? Do you need a real estate agent? If so, do you still pay them a commission? Do you like balloon deals if you know you have guaranteed financing come time of the balloon and for better terms right now?
