Sorry everyone just hopped back onto bigger pockets after a busy few weeks. A 2-4 unit house hack would be ideal and I believe I could also handle a rehab to BRRRR if need be. If anyone has a good real estate agent, PM, and/or a good rehab GC please contact me.

Hello members. I'm going to be moving to Charleston, SC for work (construction) in the next month and will be there for 5-6 months. Looking to purchase a multifamily unit that is either ready for move in or a possible rehab. What are good locations to look at?
