Hello,

I'm want to list my first flip with a flat fee broker? I found a couple in the Miami area through Google and Craigslist. My main question is how do I know if theyre legit. I know the fee is usually $150- $300. But I found one in CG for $50, I googled his licensed and his name and his credentials checked out.

Is there any questions I should ask or something I should watch out for? just being cautious
