I have some ideas and could be interested in a joint venture.  We build tiny homes and modular buildings and I know there are a lot of mobile home lots in that area.  Would be interested in sales lot, building small nice tiny home or Senior housing, many options and only a few acres required.

Soooo I am finishing up an interesting deal. Its a lake house zoned SFR on a large lot. There is an efficiency downstairs and a 2/1 above. I have added an RV pad with full hookups to rent out. I can spend a few hundred and have realtime data on everyone's electric usage.

Has anyone done this where 2+ renters share a utility?  Is it better to do all bills paid with a cap on usage?  I don't want to calculate and bill every month.

Any experience shares?

The Fort Worth Meetup will be hosting an event that anyone involved in real estate in the Dallas Fort Worth area would be advised to attend. The event will take place on July 2nd, 2019 at 5PM at Connex Fort Worth, located at 1201 Evans Avenue. Speaking at the event are Matthijs and Jie Melchiors of MEL/ARCH: The Architectural Studios, one of the most forward-thinking and progressive firms in the Southern United States. They will be discussing how their energy efficient Spec homes are creating huge margins on each sale their firm designs and talking about their wonderful Connex FW development they just finished. Opportunities abound with these creative techniques. This is an event you will not want to miss.

About MEL/ARCH: The Architectural Studio:

MEL/ARCH architectural studio is a progressive architecture firm based in Fort Worth Texas, focusing on green design and zero energy buildings for both commercial and residential buildings. Being a Texas transplant, founding partner Matthijs Melchiors combines his unique Dutch heritage with local and regional standards. MEL/ARCH Studio sculpts its building designs through an abstract and poetic approach while adhering to its core principle of sustainable design. Building in harmony with nature and soul creates a spectacular place both timeless and divine.
