@Patrick Britton, I have been a carpenter for both custom home builders as well as production builders. Doing everything from foundation to finish work. Also worked as a building designer for a builder and hung my own shingle for a while. 

As far as my investing plans, initially plan on wholesaling and rehabbing. Figure that is a natural starting point given my construction background. Eventually plan on getting to a point where I will buy and hold. For now plan on doing a lot of reading on this site. Thanks again,

Just a quick intro. My name is Eric Varner. I'm new to real estate investing, currently living in Bellingham, WA area. I've been involved in residential construction and design for 15+ years. Now looking to get involved in the real estate investing side of things. I'll be searching this site hard trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can.
