I sent a bunch of hand-written notes to some townhome owners in my market. I just had one gentleman call me back! He has a price in mind and is open to selling it to me. Neither of us are realtors and haven't ever sold/bought a house before without one. Do you recommend I get one to help me make a formal offer or can someone point me in the direction toward resources to help me put together a contract?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good real estate attorney in Nebraska? Specifically the Lincoln area?
