But what is the purpose of them having the account numbers if they aren’t going into my accounts? They have verifivation of the account because I sent them a bank statement with the account numbers crossed out. So they can see the money. Why do they need the actual account number? No one had stated the answer

We are in the initial stages of sending information to the mortgage lender. The loans are tentatively approved. My concern is that they have you click a box prior to linking your bank account that links to agreeing to "terms and conditions." Within the terms and conditions, it states they are not responsible if anything happens to my funds. I told them I am not doing it and sent them a bank statement with my account numbers crossed out. We are at a stalemate presently.

I am closing on two properties with two different mortgage companies and both are demanding my bank account numbers!

I have 8 properties and never had to do this on previous mortgages. Is this a standard demand now?

Post: Paying bills and organizing bill pay

I have only 4 STR doors. I have had a helluva time paying bills on time. I have created a spreadsheet that seems to be less than efficient in identifying all my expenses. I keep getting dinged with new taxes, LLC fees, furniture replacement and kitchen item replacements. It seems super challenging to keep up with these bills. Majority of my utilities are paid on line. My HOA fees have been difficult because they all seem to want checks instead of credit cards. Any recommendations to better organize my bill pay. BTW, I do have management companies dealing with booking and maintenance. And, How do the people who own dozens of properties manage all the bill pay? Thank you for any help
