  • Hey there! I'm based in Atlanta. My cousin recommended this site to me becasue I am looking to renovate my mom's rental house that I live in and I want to make sure I get the most bang for my buck. Currently looking to tear off previous living room addition and turn it into a Master bedroom suite. Would love any advice on making the most on 1,500 SF renovations. House is currently 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath. Thanks!
