Thanks @Adam Bartomeo. It doesn't sound like distance managing in Punta Gorda would be much of an issue. I'll reach out to discuss.

Hi all.

Not sure if anyone else has rental property in Punta Gorda, FL, BUT, I've got an empty rental that's being managed and I'm seeing rentals sit on the market for months. Does anyone know of a good Leasing Agent or Property Manager that you've personally used and could get this home leased ASAP? I'm open to ideas. Have already dropped the rent twice.
