that's true
no I didn't lose any money the deal had actually just fell in my lap and he was selling it to me on contract for deed everything was snowballing and then it can to a screeching halt
It wasn't something I did the seller was buying from a bank but they sold it out from under him
Had my first deal fall through and now I hit a wall and I'm feeling discouraged and don't know what to do I don't even know where to post this
What's the best way to find foreclosures that's been on a banks books for awhile but for whatever reason they haven't listed them
