Right now we don't have any specific questions, just absorbing everything we can about the business so we can start off on the right foot when we do start. From what we've researched so far we're more interested in rehabbing but will probably start off with wholesaling because we just don't have time or resources to invest in a renovation at this point. My dream would be to take older homes and restore them while also making them environmentally friendly.  We've talked about rentals, but we both agree that we're not ready for dealing with the added hassle of tenants and tenant law just yet.

Hello, so glad to be here! My name is Errin and my husband and I are just starting out, still researching real estate investing and preparing before we look for our first deal. We moved to Seattle about a year ago and are still getting to know the area, but one thing we noticed was the beautiful older homes that need a little (or a lot) of love in our exploration. I'm excited to find a community like this where we can learn from people in our area who already know how this business works as well as people from all over.
