I am a real estate broker and lifelong resident of Racine, WI where I have been an investor since 1996. The purchase price to gross rent ratio is incredible for a mid size midwestern town where it's easy to make a decent living. We are located between Milwaukee and Chicago along the shores of Lake Michigan with a population of about 80,000. Single family homes are available for $90,000-$150,000 with gross rents of $900-$1,400/month; 2 family homes for $100,000-$175,000 with gross rents of $1,500-$2,000/month and 3-4 units for $175,000-$300,000 with gross rents of $2,000-$3,000/month. I'm an active investor myself but there are plenty of opportunities to go around.

Hi Guys,
