I'm here in the Durham/ Raleigh area from California looking to converse with local real estate investors. I'm trying to find out some of local costs related with multi property ownership from actual investors.
With property being so costly in the metro area, how is it even possible to acquire the first deal that has a positive cash flow with limited start up funds.
