Perhaps my post was unclear. From the position of an active buyer, does anyone have data-driven insight into eviction/unemployment in relation to inventory/price?

For my personal circumstances, I would like to see more inventory.

Thank you for taking time to read and to all those who contribute.

As a first-time investor, I am looking at 2-4 multifamily properties in St. Louis.

The headlines are screaming about a looming eviction crisis, and I'm curious the impact this may potentially have on prices from a buyer perspective.

Will inventory increase?

Will foreclosure inventory increase?

Will prices be driven down?

What kind of timeline do you anticipate?
