Any news?
I live in California. I am buying property in Ohio. I was thinking I should start an Ohio based LLC for this property. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

I will be in Cincinnati this afternoon/evening (Friday). Looking to meet up with a turn key provider or someone who knows good people. Looking forward to meeting you.
Regards,
Ethan
I'll be in Cleveland tomorrow, Monday for 1 day. I'd like to meet up with turnkey providers for single family and 2-10 unit multi-family. Or RE agents with established teams. If you're interested in meeting me, please reply with a contact number.
Looking forward to meeting you,
Ethan

I am a new investor and have not yet purchased a property. I live in southern California and I am looking to make my first purchase, out of state, in a few months and am trying to figure out what, if any, company structure I need to put in place (LLC, S Corp, etc.). I have read a lot of debate on this in the forums and would like to talk to some one in the know (RE Lawyer). If you are a RE Lawyer who does consultations or know a good RE lawyer let me know. Thanks in advance!

I will be in Detroit tomorrow, 3/7/19. I’d like to interview a few property managers/RE Agents while I’m here before my flight leaves in the evening. I know this is late notice, but please comment if you are an agent/manager or know a good one.

I am in Orlando, FL for a work conference and would like to interview a few property management / real estate companies while I'm here. If you've have positive experience with a local company, I'd appreciate the referral.
Thank you,
Ethan

I appreciate the advice. Being new to BP, it is good to know that the community is vigilant and watching.
