Today I learned about a company that offers Co-Signer services to less than ideal applicants, and it sounds almost too good. They provide some sort of insurance protection to the PM/landlord, at no cost, in case the tenant flakes. Has anyone else heard of, or used them? Are there other similar services?

I would consider referring the applicant to a service that acts like a co-signer that provides you insurance on that tenant. OneApp Guarantee seems like the perfect solution. (I have no direct experience, but the next time I find a good, but iffy tenant applicant, I will try this service myself)
