@Vincent Gizzi, thanks for the tip! Hadn't heard of that one yet so I'll definitely look into it.

@Terry Matthews, that'd be great! I think it's a pretty great place to invest. What type of investment property do you do?

Hi, my name is Ethan Whear, I'm 22, a handyman, contractor, and hopeful real estate investor.

I've been listening to BP for the past 6 months or so after my wife introduced me to it. I grew up in Owensboro, KY, and would love to work with some local investors.

I've been interested in real estate investing since 2008, when my parents bought their first rental property (my dad is a chemical engineer, but he has 10 children so he realized he needed a side hustle ;). I've helped my parents renovate each of their 10 or so rentals and Airbnbs.

More recently I've had the chance to work alongside a handyman for 2 yrs, and then a remodeling contractor. Both of those jobs were while I was away at college, but now I've moved back to Owensboro and have started my home service business. Currently, my business focuses on smaller home service projects, e.g. window washing, mulching, gutter cleaning, but I would love to connect with investors who love the business side of things but aren't as interested in the renovation.

Excited to finally post in the forums, and meet some of ya'll.
