@Alex Kennebeck

Hi Alex!

Congratulations on the successes thus far, and the big move.

Have you found a buyer for the properties in Iowa yet? I am an investor primarily in central IA but always looking for another deal.

Shoot me a message if you're interested in discussing further!

Evan

@Jonathan Schwartz

Thanks so much! It seems like there is a lot of growth all the way from Fayetteville up through Bentonville. I am going back down there in a few weeks to meet with some brokers. Colleague request sent.

Thanks!

@Jonathan Schwartz

Thank you for the helpful information! I would love to see your analysis spreadsheet if you're willing to share.

I am currently looking at some deals in Fayetteville AR, I'm liking what I see thus far.

Thanks!

Welcome guys! Huge amount of growth here in central Iowa. Polk & Story counties are awesome.

I currently have properties in Hamilton, Hardin, Story, and I'm working on my first in Polk.

@John Webster

I would be interested in talking with you more about being a broker for the Lee Arnold program.

I was contacted by them today, and curious about how strong the program is once your "certified"

The certification doesn't seem to carry any actual legal license.

Iowa is a great place to be in real estate.

But as in most areas, I'm finding it's a very competitive market. Your best bet for finding deals is to out hustle the other guys.

Driving for dollars, calling ads on CL, knocking on doors, are some of the things we've done that have proven pretty effective.

You will get a lot of no, but don't give up. That just means you're closer to a yes!

Best of luck to you!

@Evan Manship Awesome story, strong name 😁

I'm a year out of college working on my 3rd deal now. Always great to hear from others who are making it work and keep us newbies motivated.

Cheers!
