Are there lenders that will allow you to either waive PMI (if you meet specific requirements) or pay your PMI in a lump sum if you put under a 20% down payment on a property? I've heard of Valley National bank and that they will allow PMI to be waived but any further information that is able to be provided would be greatly appreciated!

@Leslie Anne Morris Hahah😂 more so it didn’t bother me but the ants did bother my fiancé. The issues that came up were unexpected since there were no ants in the Airbnb the first 2 days that we were there.

Earlier this week me and my fiancé stayed in an AirBNB. It was a beautiful unit but there was an infestation of ants on the second day of our stay and the dryer didn’t work. With trying to keep an investor perspective in mind would it just be appropriate to privately message the host about the issues with our stay or to include them in a review? The concern I have about writing a review is ruining this investors credibility with getting future bookings because of these issues. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

If you were to purchase a property that has to abide by HOA regulations, such as a condo, what monthly expenses are included in HOA costs? Or are the monthly HOA expenses different for each HOA community?
