My brother and I, have purchased a lot and have a construction loan to build our first spec home in a highly sought after neighborhood. We're looking to take on an investor in our company that would buy equity in our company. Would love to speak directly with anyone interested. We have all plans and projected gross/net income for the project and everything all layed out. Just wanting some insight and thoughts on taking on an investor, as we have put all our chips in the middle of the table to get this started.
