Over a year later, and my wife and I are happy with our small multi-family property. Thank you to all of you for your encouraging words last year. Also I use Just-Rentals as my property managers and they have been good so far. So if you neeed on in the area you can count on them. 

Just read my original post and realized I spelled a few things wrong (I.e. righting instead of writing). I only did that so you guys know I’m not a bot *nervous chuckle* 😅. Thank you all for your words of encouragement and although it may not seem much to you, it actually helps to feel like you have a community of support behind you! 

Hey everyone!

Just now getting started and I am now pre-approved from a mortgage loan company. I also have met with my real estate agent and we spent about 3 hours talking about the type of property I am looking to buy. I am using a VA home loan which means the property has to be essentially turn-key. Although I feel like I am making all the right moves I am still very much afraid of "jumping off the cliff". I'm really only righting this to blow off some anxiety. Someone tell me that everything will be alright please!

Thanks for the heads up! I'm marking it on my calendar now.
