Post: Should I hold or sell ?

I have a home that I am currently renting, after receiving the rent I am having to add an additional 425.00 to pay the mortgage.  The home has about 64k in equity.  This home is in Florida.  Should I continue to hold property and let tenants pay down mortgage or should I sell and move on to the next?
