If you hadn’t read my bio, I’m Evan from Louisville, Kentucky and I am 19 years old pursuing a degree in accounting. I am looking to use that knowledge to become a real estate accountant. I’m here to ask: What can I do at this stage in my life. What can I do now so that I don’t have to do it later. Does anyone recommend reading any books or can anyone offer advice for a future investor such as myself?
