ResearchRetrieve,

Have you had succes with it, has it brought you any deals or even something that almost amounted to a deal?

Is it a total waste of time?

Do you research the phone numbers yourself, or do you use a company that provides the phone #'s?

What is your opening line when you get someone on the phone (do you go straight in to telling them you want to buy their house)?

Any answers to my questions would be great.

Does anybody do this on a consistent basis?

I always hear new investors saying that they do postcard/letter mailers, but I don't think I've ever talked to someone that says they cold call (by cold call I simply mean randomly calling pre-foreclosures) on a consistent basis.

Hey everyone, I'm from the Ft. Lauderdale area and although not new to Real Estate I am new to the Investor side.

The site seems very beneficial and I'm looking forward to what I can learn from it and who I can network with.
