So far I've tried CL Ads Marketing my services, Making my own webpage on Facebook, Networking on Facebook. Ive tried reaching out to FSBO on Zillow and Redfin if I see their properties are posted for over 100 days.

Money is a problem for me right now, I am very dedicated and motivated to grow a serious cash buyers list and get properties under contract. But, money is my biggest down fall. How do I find these distressed properties with motivated sellers so I can at least close one Deal?
