Thank You Jay Hinrichs,
Like I have already stated I have seen lots of different real estate purchase contracts. I was recommended with wholesaling there can be multiple mistakes in the wording in wholesale contracts. I just was looking to see if anybody had a properly worded contract that they could send me thats all as I start my new journey. Already have my mailing system together, and ready to go just wanna have the proper contracts available. Thank You for your time as well

I am a young real estate investor who currently has been in the Buy & Hold System of investing. I love this system and will continue to grow the portfolio but now its time to get a lil more aggressive in the streets of my city. I currently reside in Birmingham, Al. I am here looking for the correct and properly worded purchase and sale agreement with a and/or assign clause. As well as a assignment contract and a legal sized memorandum of contract . I need the contracts as soon as possible as I get my wholesale system together for my city of and state of Birmingham, Al. I greatly appreciate this BP family if anybody can help me with these documents. I am looking to start as soon as possible
Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I see you joined earlier this year. If you added a photo to your profile, it would improve your ability to network.
Purchase and sale agreements, as well as other legal contracts are mostly state specific. I recommend that you join a local REIA group (Real Estate Investment Association). Also, find a qualified Real Estate attorney to be on your team. They can help you identify documents and contracts that will be necessary for you to reach your goal. You're going to need other folks on your local team as well, such as a good title company. Realtors and lenders can also play a role in your success. Since you are interested in wholesale, do your homework.... listen to BP podcasts and peruse the forums using the search box to narrow in on specific topics. Meet up with other wholesalers. Think about your approach too. Asking for others to do the work for you is perhaps not the best way to go about it. What is the urgency here?
Thank You I did not ask for anybody to do work for me. I just asked if anybody could take a few moments to send me the proper documents they have already used. Reason being there are lots of different documents that I have seen on the web and just wanted to have one that was pretty strong as far as the wording that somebody already uses. I already have my mailing system together and ready to go just wanted to have the proper contracts worded contracts together. Thats all, Thank you for your time

Yes, yes, we will drop everything we are doing and jump at your say so to do your bidding because you have decided at 3:00 in the morning to become a real estate investor. Uh, what's in it for us?
Excuse Me, Bill T. Apparently your up at 3:00 in the morning anyway. Correct? I am not asking for you to get out your bed at 3:00, This was for whoever wanted to help when they got a chance to view this post. I am on a different schedule then most individuals so this is the the time that I a\have to post. Further more I am already a real estate investor and own multiple properties, and have done multiple renovation projects. The point of bigger pockets is to be able to network and ask for information/help. Thank You

Hello Bigger Pockets Family,
My name is Fabian Moody, I am new to bigger pockets but a young driven individual investor from Birmingham, Al. I currently just bought my new addition to start my rental portfolio. I am very blessed among my current situation to have been able to buy my first rental with my own cash. The property is currently 3 beds 1.5 baths and is on section 8. Now comes my question, I currently have a lot of straight information that I have put together about my up and coming portfolio, in which way is best to gain my next property quickly? Using a bank for collateral on my property or a line of credit? If you guys have any information on a more affective or better way, I would greatly appreciate it in advance. Also accept PM's.
Always looking to network and growth in knowledge
