Thanks for the links @Brandon Turner and great article on renting house. I can't believe what I learned about Professional Tenants. It's amazing that someone would want to live their entire lives like that.
Thanks for all you do with the podcast. You have a great ability to identify situations that call for further explanation and clarification for newbies.
PS - I was just reviewing the provided list of real estate books. It really is amazing how cheap some of these books are, some of them you can get for a penny!

Hello BiggerPockets!
My name is Frank, I am 25 years old and from Southern New Jersey where I have lived almost my entire life.
I currently have a job installing GPS security devices on commercial vehicles. I get paid 50k yearly to be "on-call" and when needed I fly to the job site to install the companies product. It really has been a great job considering that I, on average, only work 2 months out of the year in 1 week spans and enjoy the travel and labor. Even so, I think getting this job at such a young age, 19, killed my motivation to push for more in life. It is honestly a "dream job" for someone with a teenage mindset. This has been a hurdle I have been trying to get over but still need to push myself harder to get into a more intelligent mindset. In my free time, which I have a lot of, I have started buying, repairing and flipping cars. It is decent money for building capital slowly but the margins are too small to outsource anything and mechanical work isn't exactly fun!
I have always been fascinated by Real Estate but never pushed myself hard enough to learn more about it. My short term goals are to finish reading "The Bigger Pockets Book on Flipping Houses" - by JScott, gather/absorb information from the BP Community and obtain a Real Estate License. My long term goals are to build a Rehab + Flip business to build capital while at the same time learning how to successfully invest in buy and hold properties for passive cash flow.
Thanks for reading and I hope this wasn't too long!
