We all know the feeling when we see a great opportunity but don't have the contacts to complete the deal. My services extends the ability to find buyers, sellers, and borrowers from across the country that are looking for great deals.

I can provide the following:

  • Investor Lead Generation
  • Buyer Lead Generation
  • Seller Lead Generation
  • Borrower Lead Generation

I look forward to any business partnerships or relationships that are mutually beneficial and profitable. The platform I am creating will be released for free in the very near future. If you have any questions, reply to this post or reach out to me through BP!

Adrienne has a great point. For do-it-yourselfers, try researching the X theme by ThemeCo.

What the inherent value of having a website? Is it simply to capture information or do you need a platform for buying/selling/lending? These are the questions I asked before we started creating our platform. I see the future of real estate as a social platform rather than just a landing page. Look at BP as an example. A good informational landing page can be easily built.

Here my issue: I have investors all over the country ready and itching to buy real estate. The only problem? I don't have access to the properties or funds to sell real estate to them at this time. My ideal situation would be finding someone to partner with on the sales side as I find investors ready to buy. I guess I'd be considered a broker in that case but I'm not licensed. That's next to do on my very long to do list. Any suggestions on how to go about fulfilling the needs of my prospects with minimal time and monetary investment?

well it really is a good question. I have countless investors ready to buy, sell and get loans. I also offer insurance for the portfolios. So getting connected with individuals who offer properties for sale may be what I'm looking for? In fact I feel I'm just looking to explore the opportunity of real estate to begin with.

I'm new to the real estate industry but I have connections within the industry that have proven to be very profitable. I'm looking for anyone who is interested in partnering on the guidelines of buying, selling, funding or protecting investors assets. I'm a father, husband and entrepreneur. I expect to have great success in real estate.
