I have seen comps go any where from $1800-$2200. I would like to keep it as a single family home. Stove and Refrigerator are less than a yr old. Dishwasher is over 10 yrs old with lightly loose door but functional. Washer/Dryer were bought used but still working. Main bathroom is good with exception of small crack in fiberglass pan which I will address. Secondary bathroom needs popcorn ceiling replaced, tub resurfaced or replaced and painted. House is 1770 sq ft. Needs paint inside with new carpet needed in living areas (bathrooms and kitchens with entry foyer are only areas that are tiled. Also needs blinds changed with doors to three of the rooms changed plus garage door. Has fans to all rooms and living room. Ac/heater, electrical, plumbing, and roof are good. Roof is about 13 yrs old, insurance told me roof should be good. Ac is 7 yrs old but working well. Heater is 31 yrs old, during my last 4 point inspection 3 yrs ago it passed inspection. It is fenced in. I think that once I fix everything that I mentioned i should be able to get at minimal $1800. Any thoughts?

Any ideas on how to maximize rental profit on 4bed/2bath/2car garage home?

I have a property in the Middleburg, Florida area that I am trying to rent out. Can anyone give me ideas on ways to maximize my monthly rent if any? It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, family room, and 2 car garage home. 1770 sq ft.
