I am reaching out to see if anybody has experience financing the building of a church. Land is purchased and working on finalizing the building plans on a 20000 sq ft building. I'm looking for lenders with good rates and a 30 year amortization if that is even possible. Anybody have any leads? Thanks in advance for everybodys help.

I've been listening to podcasts and there have been several that talk about Turnkey investments. Are they worth the money for a newbie? What about management fees and other fees  to the turnkey provider? The potential to be taken advantage of seems extreme. Has anybody else done this successfully?
