@Terrell Garren Great advice. From what I have read I inferred that Real estate agents "bring the deals to you". I guess the biggest advantage would be knowing to do the right thing at the right time and agents can help with that.

How will having an agent help me? Are sites like Realtor.com and Trulia enough to land a deal?
