It is a little trickier, looking to build a modular townhome. So mainly need help with permitting and sitework.

Looking for Real Estate Developers in the Austin area, seeking advice. My brother and his team have a piece of land (10 mins from downtown) and looking to build 1- 2 townhome units. Would like to pick your brains to get this kickstarted.
