Hello David and thank you for your response. Regarding the type of deals there are a few but vary a great deal and each are located in the Bahamas. We have an interested investor that will be flying down to meet with us in person mid-November so I am motivated to be able to furnish a professional presentation prior to this meeting. This being said, the 1st of our 3 opportunities will be an ongoing funnel of bank approved clients that are looking for a new home which we can provide that is basically hurricane resistant due to our patented building system which will be built on lots being offered to us by a private land owner, who will get paid once the home is built and family takes possession. The 2nd deal is a mixed use single family and condominium complex to be built on the water with direct access to the Bay to the North and Ocean to the South, again on land that will be paid for as we sell. These properties will be marketed by an affiliated prominent Real Estate firm to Ex-Pats, Canadians and the affluent South Florida boating community. The 3rd deal is acquisition of a resort property being purchased from a Bahamian Municipality for pennies on the dollar, to then be converted into a state of the art Stem Cell Rejuvenation Center headed by a board of the leading Stem Cell Doctors in the world.

As you can see these projects vary in type with the commonality being there location-any suggestions?
