I would to thank you all for the advise.I am working with a realtor after dealing with like 3 of them so far.Some seem like they don't have the time to help you but i did found one that does.I am also going for my Real Estate license soon,and that would help my business cause i be saving money ,dont have to pay that 6 % to a realtor.Thank you everyone.
