My 1st thought is invest in education, hard work in the trenches for a little bit to know what its like if u havent already, and build ur network like ur doing now

After that gatta buy low low low with no emotion, focus on profit and know and understand the numbers when u make decisions

I'm no real estate pro, just offering my 2 cents, for what its worth

@Devin Waugh I'll keep a lookout, sounds like u have good ideas for a good sheet, i set goals too but dont put a timeline or pros and cons on them, that would help

Looking forward to the New Year. Starting to consider what I'd like to accomplish. It's something I do every year. This time is going to be the best yet! Typically I focus on my 4 major categories spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual.

Looking forward to 2020 and setting goals for financial, professional, adventure, and legacy.

This forum is regarding real estate and I think real estate will play a big role in my goals for 2020, anyone else?
