Hey guys...thanks for all the great feedback! I will certainly check out all of these resources as I absolutely believe in the 6 p's (Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance). At this point, I am trying to break free from my own "analysis paralysis" and feel it is time to put my plan into action. Within the next week, I would like to have filed the paperwork for an s corp and have a few lines of credit locked down. Am I getting ahead of myself? What advice would you guys have for these first few ACTUAL steps? Thanks again!
