🔍 Our Buy Box:

• Total investment (purchase + rehab): $100K–$300K

• Property type: 2–4 unit multifamily (2-4plex) preferred

• Condition: Solid bones – no major structural issues

• Strategy: Buy and hold

• Occupancy: Vacant or month-to-month / near-lease-end tenants

• Also considering: Single-family homes with strong ARV potential for fix and flip

We’re focused on building long-term relationships and creating win-win deals.
