I am beyond grateful for your comment. I was ridiculed for my application process on my other thread...

I reject about 15 people per home I acquire... all pay a 20.00 app fee..

How do you do your application process?

I NEVER check credit.. because if I did, it would be over for me. No one would rent my homes out
