ya my real estate agent I shadowed had software that showed the whole city and what was available I wonder how you get this software I know he said it cost $$

how does forex work I have like 10 g sitting around, it sounds very risky though

im forced to do a shadow .. which is to shadow a person in a career.. Im not sure If I can get a shadow with a Real Estate Investor. You think I would learn alot about the career doing something else? maybe real estate agent :(

how old do you have to be to get a credit report they said they didnt' find anything on me weird?

if i do go to school do you think I could start off doing real estate investing while in college I mean right now Im a senior in High School and i have 10k in the bank and I have a nice car (paid off) and all the things i want right now. (I have a nice job and work hard) I can't imagine buying a house at 18 but I would love to do it, do you think it is realistic for me to buy one soon? My state is South Dakota where they have first home owners loan or something like that, which I would think would help... I think I could buy a house that I could use to stay in for college and flip it at the sametime and sell it after Im done with college or I could rent part of it.. I know these are basic thoughts but what do you think?

ARM year, arm 1/1, arm 3/1, 30 year. I like figured out what they represent but what im i suppose to pick is there a good book on the basic stuff on real estate investing?

Im thinking about skipping college altogether, I have good grades Im just sick of school and want to see the $$$$$. I dont really have a great plan though I was kinda hoping someone had any advice... I would argue that college isn't necessary for selling houses so I dont want to waste the 4 years of my life.. any tips?

ya that kristin girl seems dumb though to me i doubt she knows anything about flipping. those two guys were dumb they didnt' make 26000 when the took like 16 months to do the flip and the electrian took forever and cost a lot... and ya i felt bad for the kid though why couldn't he get the loan?

anyways im thinking there must be more then these shows on flipping or just anything to do with real estate investing... I would think HGTV would have something anyone know of any???

Flip this house isn't done but it still sucks bc what is going on is they picked a new flip company to follow around b/c the old company by Richard Davis is getting sued so basically they had to pick a new company for the Second season this sucks though this guy was funny and he seemed really good at flipping he does like 3 houses an eposide he is fast

they aren't on the internet Property Ladder is on TLC and Flip this house is on A & E
I love the shows does anyone know any shows other then these on tv
