just my 2 cents: I think it can look good for potential renters to see you have a system set up for service requests etc (their future dealings with you). One big professional company can look better i think.

Interesting, thanks for the reply. Here in NL it's quite usual to have a floor plan when selling / renting out a house. A furnished floor plan is a bit more fancy but not unusual. Interesting to hear it's not that popular in the US yet. Maybe something to put some effort in.

Hey everybody,
Let me start by introducing myself. I am from the Netherlands and make 3d visualizations and rendered floor plans. I hope you guys can help me with a small question about real estate marketing in the US?
A month ago I launched a website with libraries of 2d furniture to make decorated floor plans (a budget-friendly alternative to 3d impressions). I don't want to be spammy so I wont post a link to my site but I've added an example of a floor plan made with these symbols below.
My question is this:
The visitors to my website are going up daily over the world, but I get very few interested visitors from the US. Are floor plans like these used for marketing real estate in the US?
