We got the help from the United States, I'm referring to A.Samoa.... Another Samoa Island, which is Western Samoa need so much help, Western Samoa is not a USA territory, they're independent, and all the Samoans are helping each other out at this point...
We also got supporters from every Samoan Communities and Churches in the United States, sending containers back home.... Our church here in Georgia need help in finding a container and need help in raising money to pay for the container to send home.. We got good Samaritans donating goods and clothes, canned food,etc to send, but the problem is, we haven't got a container yet.. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you so much Mr_Investor for all your prayers, as we need that most in these tough times. It has been confirmed that there are over 150 people been killed, some are still missing and let us keep praying to stand up together as one in lending a helping hand in anyway we can.

This is off the topic in BiggerPockets, and just thought to seek some help here, as this is where the BIGGER-POCKETS people are at of all types of businesses.
I'm in the Note and REO business, and I'm asking for some help in reference to the people of American Samoa and Samoa (the Samoan islands) pertaining to the Tsunami/Quake hit yesterday 9/30/2009, it's all on the News and Yahoo and MSN. People of both islands of Samoa are seeking financial help as well as any other help they could possibly get into, helping families and businesses as well as the whole islands get back on their feet and daily routines. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED and only God knows who've helped from the greatness of their hearts, HE will grant you ten-folds and abundantly.

75% of American Samoa is out of electricity for however long, people need food and water, especially the hospital with so many injured people who needs supplies and medical attentions. Hawaii is the closest Air Medivac and would appreciate any help as far as transportations for these wounded people.

I am from American Samoa and the Samoan soldiers, families and everyone are trying to get some help from anyone who wants to help. This is my post to my fellow Investors in this website/forum to help us in any way you can. Please keep us in your prayers and Thank you for your support.

Good Day Everyone...

I am a note buyer working with several other note investors/buyers, where I can be a notefinder for them... But here are some tips in structuring your deals...
*Equity/LTV is the most important factor-that pertain to the Down Payment your buyers going to put down to buy your house.
*Credit Score of Buyer/Payor-anything over 650 will be great, but it all depends on other factors as well...
*Terms of Note- payment amount, interest rates, and length of note-the shorter the term, the better.
*Balloon payment also plays a great factor-because with a balloon with shorter length as well, note buyers are guarantee to get their money

Those are some of the most important factors we look at first... the rest will figure out later.. But we can help you in buying those notes if you're ready to sell them.
